Quick announcements with some retroactions on MTP-Translation Program.

• Website is now fully operable with English (latin in general) and Korean.
• The Korean fonts this website is using is also from Google Fonts; they are web hosted as early access. Hopefully they will be hosted as regulars soon enough.
• As for the MTP-Translation program, I’ve decided to rename it to RE-Translation or RET for short.
• Simply put, the idea is that I am ‘re’ translating a passage, and only a passage.
• Considering where we stand and all time low submission rate, I doubt I’ll need to schedule RET as a regular posting.

And the following announcements are in Korean on the matters of RET.

• 한국어 포스트는 나눔글꼴을 사용하도록 수정되었습니다.
• MTP 번역 프로그램을 RET로 재명명, 이후 관련 포스트는 재번역 포스트 정도로 부를 생각입니다.
• 재번역 과정이나 포스트 구성에 대해 RET 페이지에 설명을 추가했습니다.
• 수능에 나온 영어 문제 관련하여 신청이 들어와 있습니다. 2주 내로 올릴 생각입니다.
